Our Return Policy

Girls Go Shopping are (Beauty Supply store) are happy to offer a refund/exchange for an unwanted item returned within 30 days of receipt. Please be aware that we must receive returns within 30 days of delivery – this is irrespective of your chosen payment method.

Christmas extended returns policy from the 01/11/2021 to 31/12/2021. Customers have the right to return any unopened/unused product(s) purchased in-between these dates, until the 31/01/2022.

 

Please note that all items must be returned in a saleable condition:

 

Unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-saleable.

 

If your order qualified for a free gift, it must also be returned before your refund or replacement can be processed.

 

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped out please notify Girls Go Shopping by email at girlsgoshopping.online2021@gmail.com as soon as possible. We Send out parcels for post at 3pm 7 days week
